Take-off & quantity survey
Quantities pulled from your elevations, sections and details, with waste and shop-fabrication allowances stated plainly so the number can be checked.
We are a brokerage, not a warehouse-only distributor. That means we are free to buy the right product from the right mill for the job in front of us instead of pushing whatever is on the rack.

Everything below is standard on a supplied package. None of it is an add-on line item.

Early pricing while the design is still moving, revised as the drawings develop. Useful when the envelope needs to hold a line in the estimate.
We read the spec section before quoting: finish standard, warranty term, test requirements, and whether an alternate is even permitted.
Compliant substitutions priced against the basis of design, with the trade-offs written out — lead time, finish range, warranty, attachment change.
Physical samples and chips for architect selection, product data and finish documentation packaged for the submittal.
We hold the POs, chase acknowledgements, track production and report ship dates against the construction schedule.
Multiple mill orders received, consolidated and staged so one delivery covers one elevation instead of five partial drops.
Material released to site in the order it is being installed, on the truck type the site can actually unload.
Flatbed, van and hotshot capacity dispatched and tracked through our own carrier portal, with BOL and POD retained against each load.
Invoices, delivery paperwork and account statements available to approved accounts through the customer portal.
If it is on the outside of a commercial building and it is not glass or structure, it is probably something we quote.
Aluminum composite and solid plate, insulated metal panels, single-skin and box-rib profiles, standing seam and flat-lock. Dry-joint and wet-seal rainscreen assemblies.
Terracotta, phenolic and high-pressure laminate, fiber cement, and ventilated stone and porcelain systems, with the carrier rails and clip hardware they sit on.
Hat channel, Z-girts, thermally broken clips and brackets, continuous-insulation attachment, fasteners and anchors. Quoted with the panel so the assembly is priced as one system.
Column covers, soffit and fascia, copings, sills, closures, sunshades and canopies. Break metal and custom extrusion runs to match the panel finish and the detail on the sheet.
Air and water-resistive barriers, transition membranes, flashing, gaskets and joint sealants matched to the panel manufacturer's warranty requirements.
A supplied package moves through the same five stages every time. You always know which one you are in.
Take-offs, budget pricing and lead times for exterior cladding packages. Plans, elevations or a spec section is enough to start.
